We DO NOT accept any return, refund or exchange due to personal preferences. Please make sure before purchase to read the product's description thoroughly, review images and double-check the measurements and condition.

We mainly sell preloved vintage items and they will hence not be able to look or feel like a brand new piece. Each vintage item has its own longevity, and we will not be liable for any natural deterioration.

Please inspect all items via the photos provided prior to purchase, and reach out to the team via email if you have any queries.

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges are possible at all, unless deemed inauthentic. ​

• We offer a full money-back guarantee for items deemed inauthentic (not applicable if an authenticator doesn't have the expertise to authenticate for any reason) within 14 days by

  • The brand itself with an official letterhead OR

  • Two established third party authenticators within 14 days.

• Item must be in its original condition and with all accessories included.

If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please send us an email to request a return after making sure the conditions below,

・The item has NOT been kept for more than 48 hours after being delivered.
・It has NOT been used, washed or its condition has NOT been altered in any way.
・It is NOT missing any accessories it came with.
